By placing an order and making a payment, client agrees to the applicable terms and conditions.
- Client understands the details of the agreed-upon services and agrees to all applicable fees.
- Clients provide information about their health condition and any dietary restrictions, and bring their own medications.
- Client is not in critical condition requiring medical care.
- Client must provide two (2) family contact numbers in case of an emergency.
- Lepas Penat is not liable for any accidents, illnesses, losses resulting from a client’s health condition, or any other matters beyond human control.
- Any interactions between clients and Lepas Penat employees or vendors outside the scope of the agreed-upon package are not the responsibility of Lepas Penat.
If there are any changes to the agreed-upon package, the price, schedule, and package details will be adjusted accordingly.
